Our client is a huge fan of Thin Lizzy and Brian Downey. At a reunion gig he was lucky enough to get back stage and meet the band members and get autographs. We made an acid free box out of our conservation mounting so the program and CD case slotted in without having to use any tapes or adhesive on them. Keeping these item in their pristine condition was very important. The drum sticks were stitched down using clear wire and the plectrum glued into position. The frame is a 5cm tall solid ash box frame with a black shellac finish. UV glass was used to protect the signatures and programs from natural and ambient light.
